Along with more traditional therapy techniques, we will focus on clean eating, exercise, spirituality, leisure and relaxation, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and overall healthy living. We also have extensive experience working with trauma. We provide our services to adolescents and adults.

Sometimes we may provide referrals to alternative approaches such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, iridology, and reflexology.
