I received a PhD in marriage and family therapy from Northcentral University. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-S) – graduate of Denver University; and a graduate of the University of Missouri (B.A., Psychology).
I am a certified anxiety and trauma therapist (EMDR), and relationship expert (PhD. in marriage and family therapy and LCSW-S) with over 19 years of experience. I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I’m an herbology student, and a yoga, and natural health enthusiast. Many of my clients are seeking alternatives other than prescription medication for anxiety and depression. I’m not just EMDR “trained”, but also certified with advanced hours in trauma.

I help couples successfully work through conflict and achieve the relationship that they both desire. I am happily married and the mother of 2 young adults and two fur babies.
